About Tina

Tina became an audiobook narrator because one life simply wasn’t enough. She loves the freedom of stepping into a story and becoming someone else. She is drawn to stories that keep you guessing, especially when they feature complicated, flawed characters with a sharp sense of humor. Her naturally smoky voice brings a distinctively mysterious quality to both narration and characters.

Her path to narration has been an unusual one. Raised among exotic animals and later working as an elephant keeper, Tina has spent her life surrounded by fascinating creatures and unexpected adventures. Her curiosity about the world led her to study Elephant Endotheliotropic Herpes Virus and earn a degree in Molecular Genetics and Virology. Somewhere along the way she developed a bit of wanderlust, born in Wisconsin, and having lived in east Texas, Florida and now residing outside Memphis, Tennessee. She has also travelled to Hawaii, Mexico, and Japan.

Now, behind the microphone Tina gets to combine her love of stories with a lifetime of experiences that have taught her to pay attention to people, personalities and the details that make each character unique. Tina is a fresh voice in audiobooks with a professional home studio. She approaches each project with a focus on authentic character development, emotional connection and polished audio.

When not locked int the closet recording, you can usually find Tina curled up at home with her husband and three mischievous kitties, watching TV, admiring shiny objects, or planning her next big adventure. Because for Tina there are still a thousand lives left to live.
